Word won't let you do that so I really don't use Word much anymore. I save as PDF ...I make everything in Power Point... I save as PDF and JPEGs. I use the JPEGS to show pics on my blog and in the store. The PDF is what I download for the digital purchase!!! Hit Save As, then where it says Format, drop it down and choos JPEG or however you like to save your images! Another option (if you create the product in Power Point) is to save it as PNG.
