Congratulations on the move! I too am a first grade teacher that will be moving to my "dream grade" {2nd} next year!
Congratulations on the move. I have been teaching 2nd grade for 5 years now and I moved up from first too. I totally love it! The transition will be super easy. I have lots of goodies on my blog at www.schroederpage.blogspot.com and on my website at www.theschroederpage.com. (Free downloads too:) Best Wishes!
You will love the independence of your kids from day one.
